Handbags

Handbags are created using Recycled Plastics, Salvaged & Re-purposed Fabrics, Salvaged & Re-purposed Trims & Embellishments.

A minimal amount o f new materials are used in some bags as need ed to bring them to completion. I work in partnership with my sister Linda to create these bags. Some may be entirely her design, some may be entirely my design and many are a collaborative effort. Each handbag is unique and one of a kind (OOAK), as most of the materials we use are recycled in some fashion. We can not duplicate fabrics or embellishments making each bag an original piece art. Magic Wands or Plant Pokes

Magic Wand or Plant Poke...you decide! These adorable little creatures are made of Polymer Clay. Each is unique in personality with slightly different coloring and facial expressions.
They are attached to a 9 or 12 inch dowel and decorated with either silk flowers or ribbons. Some also sport a feather or two and some have beads.
They look great stuck in the pot of your favorite houseplant or oh so beautiful posed in a bud vase! You can find these little fairies online only in my shop ArtBagsEtc at Etsy.com

Miniatures on Wood

These small works of art are crafted on 3.5x5 in. pieces of wood and all include a beaded wire hanger for displaying on any wall. Some are painted and sporting an original poem.
